Pairing Fish, white meats, fresh cheeses
Elegant and linear, this Alto Adige Chardonnay stands out for a clear and pleasant personality. In the glass it shows good brightness; the aromas recall Golden apple, pear and a delicate note of white flowers, supported by a mineral thread that suggests precision. On the palate it is well balanced: lively but not aggressive acidity, medium-bodied and a slightly soft texture that envelops without weighing down. The overall impression is one of controlled balance, with a subtle sapidity accompanying the clean, persistent finish.

Versatile with food, it pairs well with grilled fish, shellfish and white meats, as well as fresh cheeses; it is also ideal as an elegant aperitif. Serve around 10–12 °C in a large glass to capture its freshness and clarity, avoiding temperatures that are too low which would mute the aromas. It is best appreciated young, when the fruit and mineral note are most lively. A good example of a local Chardonnay, direct and measured, designed for those seeking a white that combines immediacy and character without artifice.
