This Pinot Bianco Collio DOC from Kurtin offers a fresh, restrained profile: pale straw colour with green-tinged reflections; on the nose it opens with notes of renette apple, ripe pear and hints of white flowers, accompanied by light citrus impressions. On the palate it is easy-drinking, characterized by a fresh, sapid texture, balanced acidity and fruity echoes that promote drinkability. The finish is clean and of moderate persistence. Its structure remains light, suited to everyday drinking.

It is best enjoyed young, ideal with seafood starters, delicate fish dishes, shellfish and pasta with light sauces; it also pairs well with fresh cheeses and composed salads. Serve around 8–12 °C in tulip glasses to highlight aromas and freshness; store at a constant temperature and consume within a few years to retain its fresh qualities. Perfect for an informal meal or a modest aperitif.
