The Pinot Bianco Lithos Alto Adige DOC from Josef Weger presents a restrained, focused expression of the variety within the Alto Adige context. In a bright straw-yellow, it opens on the nose with modest sensations: white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear), light hints of white flowers and a delicate touch of bitter almond running through the bouquet. It does not seek exuberant volume but rather cleanliness and olfactory precision, with a linear and well-defined aromatic profile.

On the palate it shows a slender structure, with lively acidity that supports the sip and provides ease of drinking; the body remains modest yet balanced, with fruity returns and a slightly saline finish. It is versatile at the table: pairs with seafood starters, baked fish, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve around 10–12 °C; it is best enjoyed young to appreciate its freshness and aromatic clarity. It offers discreet persistence and proves an accessible choice for everyday use.
