Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
Of a bright straw-yellow animated by fine, continuous perlage, this Prosecco DOC Brut offered by Togni opens with fragrant notes of apple and pear, white flower petals and a hint of citrus that cuts its sweetness. The sip is dry and vibrant: fresh acidity, subtle sapidity and a slender body that give balance and cleanliness to the palate without weighing it down. Overall it shows a gracious personality, suitable both for everyday drinking and for more convivial moments.

On the palate it flows with freshness and good rhythm, leaving a gentle persistence that recalls fresh fruit and white flowers. It is a versatile wine: it works very well as an aperitif, but also stands up to pairings with seafood starters, shellfish, delicate tartares and fresh cheeses; it is well suited to accompany light fried dishes and fish-based preparations. Serve very cold and preferably in a flute to follow the perlage and release the aromas, taking advantage of its vivacity in the glass.
