Fresh and ready to drink, this Roero Arneis 2024 from Giacomo Fenocchio stands out for a clear, well-defined profile. In the glass there are white flowers, white peach and citrus zest, with a hint of almond and a subtle herbaceous note that enriches the profile. The sip is lean but not insubstantial: the acidity is lively, the substance is compact and the salinity supports the finish, drawing a pleasant balance between freshness and softness.

From a gastronomic perspective it pairs easily with seafood dishes, raw preparations and light starters, but it is equally at home alongside delicate risottos, grilled vegetables and simple white meats. Also excellent as an aperitif, it reveals greater nuance if enjoyed young to capture the primary freshness; serve at around 10–12 °C to highlight the purity of the fruit. It proves versatile by the glass and capable of accompanying even more aromatic preparations with delicacy. A straightforward wine of essential style that offers everyday pleasure without artifice.
