The Roero "Sru" stands out for its intense ruby red color, with nuances that caress garnet as it ages. On the nose, it offers a complex and evocative bouquet: notes of ripe red fruits like cherry and plum intertwine with spicy hints of vanilla and black pepper, complemented by floral shades of rose and violets.
