The Romagna Albana Secco DOCG Bianco di Ceparano from Fattoria Zerbina is a dry white wine with a fresh, direct profile. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour and on the nose opens with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and a hint of white flowers; in the background there is a delicate touch of bitter almond that adds character without weighing it down. The palate is smooth, supported by good acidity and a saline texture that promotes persistence.

It pairs well with light fish dishes, shellfish, antipasti and first courses based on vegetables, and can also stand up to regional preparations that are not overly seasoned. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, in a glass that allows its aromatic expression. Also suitable as an aperitif or to accompany a casual lunch, its clarity and restrained personality make it a versatile choice for everyday use as well as convivial moments.
