Of deep ruby color, this Rosso Conero Riserva DOCG shows aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy hints and a subtle balsamic note. The nose is immediate and enveloping, with touches of black pepper and delicate floral nuances that enrich the aromatic profile. On the palate it offers full body, well integrated tannins and a balanced freshness that supports the structure; the persistence is pleasant without excess, and the finish remains saline and measured. The overall approach is restrained, suited to those seeking an intense but not overpowering red.

It pairs with dishes based on red meats, game, aged cheeses and rich sauces, providing versatility at the table; it is also appropriate for convivial occasions and formal dinners. Before serving it is advisable to open the bottle and, if preferred, allow a few minutes of aeration; the ideal serving temperature is around 16–18 °C. For storage keep in a cool, stable place. Produced by Umani Ronchi in the Campo San Giorgio line, it is a representative reserve offering for those who want a structured, characterful red.
