Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
Elegant and fresh, this Alto Adige Brut sparkling wine shows fine bubbles and a liveliness that invites the first sip. On the nose there is a clear profile of citrus and green apple, accompanied by white flowers and a mineral note; the whole is slightly saline and well balanced without excess, with a composed and pleasant personality. The structure favors precision over power: fresh acidity and a cleanliness that supports the sip with naturalness and ease.

On the palate it proves dry and crisp, with a juicy texture and a persistence that recalls fresh fruit again and a slight note of bread crust; the finish is lifted and invites a second glass. The magnum format adds elegance and stability to service, ideal for important aperitifs, seafood starters or crustacean dishes; serve chilled, preferably 6–8 °C, to best appreciate the finesse of the bubbles. Also perfect for toasts and celebrations, it maintains freshness and finesse throughout service.
