Spumante Brut Sebastian in magnum format from Cà Maiol displays a refined profile and immediate appeal. The bubbles are fine and lively, accompanied by a bouquet recalling white flowers, green apple and citrus peel, with a herbaceous hint that keeps the sip vibrant. The acidic tension is clear but well blended with a discreet softness, making it easy to drink; the salinity supports the finish, making it pleasant and of good persistence.

On the palate it offers a slight creaminess and a return of citrus that extends the tasting. Perfect as an aperitif, it naturally pairs with seafood starters, sushi and fish dishes, as well as young cheeses and light risottos. In magnum format it is designed for convivial occasions: serve chilled at around 6-8 °C to better capture the aromas and freshness. It’s a versatile choice for informal dinners or more structured toasts, able to enhance simple ingredients without overpowering them. Also excellent for brunch or to accompany Mediterranean dishes.
