Maschio's Spumante Ribolla Gialla Extra Dry is an example of a fresh, easy-drinking sparkling wine. Visually it shows a bright straw-yellow color with fine, persistent perlage. The aromatic profile reveals delicate notes of citrus (lemon, citron), green apple and white flowers, with light hints of bread crust and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate it surprises with pleasant freshness, the balance between lively acidity and a slight softness from the residual sweetness typical of the Extra Dry category, which enhances drinkability.

It works well as an aperitif and with light starters, raw seafood, summer salads and vegetable-based first courses; it can also pair with not-too-sweet fruit-based desserts. It is ideal for informal, convivial moments when a versatile, unobtrusive sparkling wine is wanted. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in a flute to appreciate its effervescence and aromas.
