Showing a bright, moderately lively pink, this Maschio Spumante Rosé Extra Dry has a fine, steady perlage that complements its freshness. On the nose there are delicate notes of small red fruits and floral hints, with a touch of bread crust suggesting the sparkling process. On the palate it is soft and easy-drinking, with a restrained sweetness typical of the Extra Dry category balanced by good acidity and a slightly fruity finish.

Serve at about 6–8 °C in flutes or narrow goblets to highlight the bubbles. It works well as an aperitif and pairs with finger foods, mild cured meats, savory tarts and light fruit-based desserts. Store in a cool place away from direct light; once opened, consume within a day or two to preserve freshness.
