The Sylvaner Alto Adige DOC "Vigna Isarco" from Kofererhof offers a balanced, understated profile. In the glass it shows a pale straw yellow. On the nose it reveals white-fleshed fruit aromas, apple and pear, with delicate floral notes and subtle herbal hints. The attack is fresh, with well-balanced acidity that supports the palate; the finish is clean and not overly persistent. The structure is modest and the drinking experience smooth, suitable for different times of day.

It pairs easily with light dishes such as salads, steamed fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an everyday, unobtrusive companion.
