The Veltliner Alto Adige DOC Vigna Isarco from Kofererhof offers a fresh, linear profile typical of Alto Adige viticulture. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose there are notes of citrus, green apple and a light herbal streak, accompanied by delicate floral hints. The aromatic expression is clean and balanced, without excess, and suggests a good minerality linked to the place of origin.

On the palate it is slender, with lively acidity that supports the fruit and a clean, persistent finish. The structure is modest but harmonious, suited to those seeking a versatile white to drink young. The mouthfeel is smooth, with returning citrus notes and a slight sapidity that invites a second sip. It pairs with delicate fish dishes, summer salads, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled in a roomy glass to highlight its fresh and aromatic notes. A measured example of an Alto Adige Veltliner by Kofererhof.
