The Traminer Aromatico IGT by Berto&Fiorella expresses the typical aromatic character of the variety. On the nose it opens with floral notes of rose and white blossoms, accompanied by fruity hints of lychee and citrus and a touch of delicate spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with a soft texture and a balance that favors freshness and a pleasant salinity; the finish is persistent without being intrusive. It is immediately drinkable, suited to those looking for an aromatic, enjoyable white by the glass.

It pairs well with a range of dishes: steamed or grilled fish, shellfish and crustaceans find a good counterpoint in its aromatic intensity, while spiced Asian dishes can bring out its perfumes. It also works with cold starters, composed salads and mildly aged soft cheeses. Ideal as an aperitif wine, it should be served cool and enjoyed within the first years to preserve its lively aromatics. For online purchases, we recommend opening the bottle shortly before serving and pouring into not-too-large glasses to concentrate the aromas.
