The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Millesimato - Prior - MAGNUM from the Bortolomiol winery is a true gem for Prosecco lovers. Offered in a Magnum edition, it allows for a shared experience in grand style. This prosecco hails from the renowned hills of Valdobbiadene, an exclusive area that benefits from an ideal microclimate for viticulture.

The uniqueness of this Brut Millesimato lies in its ability to combine freshness and aromatic complexity with bottling that respects the specific vintage, highlighting the peculiarities of that particular year. The Glera grapes, hand-harvested, are gently pressed, and the must ferments at controlled temperatures, followed by a second fermentation process in autoclaves according to the Charmat method. This procedure grants the Prosecco its persistent mousse and the fresh and pleasant notes that characterize it.

Visually, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, with a clear and bright straw yellow color. On the nose, the Prior enhances an aromatic range of white fruits like apple and pear, enriched with floral nuances and a subtle touch of fresh yeast. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and sugars, leaving a clean and lively taste that invites another sip.

This Prosecco Superiore is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish dishes, and poultry. Its versatility and elegance make it perfect for celebrating special occasions or elevating a casual gathering with friends. Serve chilled, between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius, to best appreciate its qualities.
