The Valle d'Itria IGP Minutolo by Paolo Leo is an authentic and refined expression of the Apulian territory, renowned for its ability to highlight indigenous varietals in wines of great character.

This wine is made exclusively from Minutolo grapes, an ancient grape variety rediscovered and appreciated for its unique aromatic qualities. The Paolo Leo winery, renowned for its commitment to high-quality winemaking, passionately oversees every phase of the production process, from hand-harvesting the grapes to vinification.

The Minutolo by Paolo Leo presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, bright and very inviting to the eye. On the nose, it opens with an intense and complex bouquet, with predominant notes of exotic fruits like peach and pineapple, enriched by nuances of white flowers and a slight hint of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, the wine stands out for its freshness and liveliness. The acidity is well-balanced and accompanies a medium structure that leads to a persistent and aromatic finish, where fruity flavors blend with delicate floral notes.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs splendidly with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for Asian cuisine dishes, thanks to its ability to balance spicy and aromatic flavors.

To fully enjoy its freshness and aromatic qualities, consume the Valle d'Itria IGP Minutolo by Paolo Leo young. This wine brings all the sun and aroma of Southern Italy to the glass—a true gem for those seeking new sensory discoveries in the world of white wine.
