The Verdicchio di Matelica DOCG Riserva Mirium from Monacesca presents itself as a white wine with character, the product of local tradition. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow color; on the nose it may offer memories of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and delicate floral hints, supported by a mineral thread that contributes to overall freshness. On the palate it stands out for its balance between structure and acidity, with pleasant sapidity and a prolonged finish, while remaining controlled and not overly assertive.

For pairings it suits seafood dishes such as grilled fish, shellfish and fish risottos, but also handles white meats and soft or semi-aged cheeses. It is advisable to serve it at around 10–12 °C; stored under appropriate conditions it can show a pleasant evolution in bottle over the coming years. Monacesca offers with this Riserva a wine to be enjoyed with attention and moderation. Ideal both for informal occasions and for more refined moments.
