What makes it distinctive
- Production is largely concentrated in the Pündericher Marienburg vineyard, with distinct sous-parcels on different schists.
- Organic cultivation and adoption of certified biodynamic practices.
- Almost exclusively focused on Riesling, with a small production of Pinot Noir reserved for Blanc de Noir.
- Natural winemaking: hand-harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentations, aging in large neutral foudres, and minimal use of sulfites.
- Range that includes single-vineyard bottlings and Grosses Gewächs/Kabinett wines, both dry and sweet.
