Winery Cantine Spalletti Colonna di Paliano

The estate is tied to a long local winemaking tradition: the winery is described as the oldest in Romagna and its activity has been recorded for centuries. The official website also notes that in 1875 Count Gioacchino Rasponi founded the winery, whose management later became associated with the houses of Conti Spalletti and the Principi Colonna di Paliano. Today production is housed and promoted within the Castello di Ribano complex.

Strong focus on the local territory and organic farming: hand-harvesting of the grapes, targeted winemaking to enhance the characteristics of the grape varieties, and practices oriented toward sustainability.
