The "Principe di Ribano" from the Spalletti winery is a refined and intense expression of Sangiovese, the symbolic grape variety of Romagna. This wine holds the DOC Superiore designation, indicating that it has been produced according to rigorous criteria that guarantee a superior quality compared to traditional Sangiovese.

On the nose, the Romagna Sangiovese "Principe di Ribano" presents a complex bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, stand out, enriched by hints of spices and a slight touch of vanilla due to maturation in barrique. The aroma is enveloping and promises a tasting experience of great depth.

On the palate, the wine is full and harmonious, with a perfect balance between a robust tannic structure and the typical acidity of Sangiovese. The tannins are mature and well-integrated, making this wine suitable for both immediate consumption and medium aging. The finish is long and persistent, with a aftertaste recalling the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

Produced with selected grapes from some of the best vineyards in Romagna, the "Principe di Ribano" is a wine that represents the excellence of the region in viticulture, ideal for accompanying robust dishes such as roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It will be an excellent protagonist at any table, capable of satisfying the most discerning palates.

The Spalletti winery, with its commitment to quality research and attention to detail, has created a Sangiovese that stands out distinctly, promising a unique and unforgettable sensory experience.
