The Côtes de Toul Gris de Toul from the winery Lelièvre is a French wine that wonderfully represents the Lorraine region. This rosé wine, primarily made from the Gamay grape variety, is known for its delicately gray-pink color, which stands out for its stunning visual elegance. On the nose, it opens with fresh and delicate aromas of red fruits, with a slight floral note that adds complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, the Côtes de Toul Gris de Toul is balanced and light, with a pleasantly persistent freshness that makes it optimal for pairing with light dishes such as summer salads or grilled fish. Its well-balanced acidity and clean taste profile allow for an extremely refreshing and flavorful drinking experience, ideal for informal occasions or as an aperitif on a summer evening. With its limited production, this wine is a true expression of the unique terroir of Toul and reflects the care and attention that winery Lelièvre dedicates to sustainable viticulture.
