Produced almost entirely from Sangiovese grapes, with a light mix of Merlot, after the harvest the alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement and steel tanks, and at the end of the malolactic fermentation the wine is partly aged in French oak barrels for 15 months, and at the end of this for another period follows at least 6 months of aging in the bottle.
It has a grainy ruby red color during ageing. Very intense aromas with predominant floral notes, in particular of violets typical of Chianti Sangiovese.
Bringing it to the mouth, the perfect balance between structure, tannins and gustatory freshness immediately emerges. Its acidity prolongs the drink without making you stop wanting more.
