From 1985 to today, Firriato boasts an annual production of about 5 million bottles, without ever disappointing the expectations on the quality of its wines.
The labels produced have an intense aromatic persistence that reflects, both in the nose and in the taste, all the warmth and love of the Sicilian land. Altavilla della Corte Bianco is produced with 100% Grillo grapes, a typical Sicilian native vine. The result is a smooth product with a fresh fruity fragrance. An extremely drinkable, straightforward and versatile wine that, once opened, it will be difficult not to finish.
Its straw yellow color with golden reflections can be admired in the glass; the nose offers tantalizing fruity aromas of peach and medlar mixed with nuances of floral scents of acacia flowers, hints of rock salt and hints of lychee that lead to a deliciously tasty and savory taste.
An exquisite wine with seafood appetizers, also excellent with linguine with seafood and pumpkin risotto.
