Cepparello represents one of the company's main labels, 100% Sangiovese, shows all the potential, in terms of structure, elegance and complexity, of the Tuscan grape.
This widely awarded red wine is the result of careful care and selection of the best Sangiovese grapes, hand-harvested from the older vines, characterized by lower yield and higher quality. The refinement process takes place carefully for 18 months in barrique.
The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color. The intense and complex aromas manifest themselves with notes of wild strawberries, violets and precious woods. On the palate, Cepparello appears robust and compact, with an evident tannic structure, enriched by a fruity and savory taste.
Its versatility makes it an excellent companion throughout the meal, for meats, game and risottos.
