The Crémant de Limoux La Rose N° 7 Rosé Brut from Domaine J. Laurens is a sparkling example of the elegance and finesse that the Limoux region can offer. Notoriously recognized for its meticulous production standards, this crémant is produced following the traditional method, similar to that used in Champagne, which includes a second fermentation in the bottle.

This rosé brut is composed primarily of Chardonnay with additions of Chenin Blanc, Mauzac, and Pinot Noir, giving it its characteristic soft and bright pink color. On the nose, La Rose N° 7 reveals an intriguing bouquet of fresh strawberries, red currants, and subtle notes of white flowers, which harmoniously blend with delicate hints of yeast and toasted bread. On the palate, the wine surprises with its lively freshness and creaminess, balanced by a fine perlage and a lingering mineral finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Crémant de Limoux Rosé Brut is also an excellent companion for seafood dishes, sushi, or a light field salad. Its freshness and delicacy make it perfect for any special occasion, promising to elevate the tasting experience for the most refined palates.
