The Crémant de Limoux Clos des Demoiselles Brut produced by Domaine J.Laurens is an exceptional product from the Languedoc region of France. This sparkling wine is distinguished by its traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, following the classic style of the great Champagnes. The selection of grapes used, mainly Mauzac, along with Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, gives this Crémant a rich and complex aromatic profile.

On the nose, the Clos des Demoiselles offers an elegant bouquet of white flowers mixed with subtle notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, enriched by a slight touch of almond and fresh bread. These olfactory sensations are confirmed on the palate, where the liveliness of acidity is balanced by an alluring creaminess, with fine and persistent bubbles dancing in the mouth.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Crémant de Limoux is also perfect paired with fish, seafood, or delicate chicken preparations. Its elegance and complexity also make it a sophisticated choice for toasts on special occasions. The care in production and attention to detail are reflected in every sip of this refined French sparkling wine.
