The Blanquette de Limoux Le Moulin Brut from Domaine J. Laurens is a sparkling gem from the Limoux region, known to be one of the oldest sparkling wines in the world. This wine is primarily produced from the Mauzac grape variety, cultivated in the cool hills of southwestern France, embraced by an ideal climate that imparts the wine with its characteristic freshness and liveliness.

The Blanquette de Limoux Le Moulin Brut stands out for its delicate and persistent effervescence, presenting intriguing notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of brioche on the nose. On the palate, its well-balanced acidity blends with flavors of white-fleshed fruits and nuances of almond, culminating in a refined and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs beautifully with flavorful fish dishes or seafood. Its elegance and aromatic profile also make it an excellent companion for celebrating special occasions. Cheers to unforgettable moments with a glass of Blanquette de Limoux Le Moulin Brut!
