Lo Spumante Brut Riserva Trentodoc Metodo Classico Quore Riserva Magnum della cantina Letrari è una celebrazione dell'arte della spumantizzazione tradizionale trentina. Questo spumante è ottenuto attraverso il metodo classico, che prevede una seconda fermentazione in bottiglia, seguita da un lungo affinamento sui lieviti. Grazie a questo processo, il "Quore Riserva" esprime una complessità e una finezza particolari.

Nel bicchiere, si presenta con un perlage fine e persistente che incanta lo sguardo. Il colore è un giallo paglierino luminoso, con riflessi dorati. All'olfatto si apre con un bouquet ricco e raffinato, dove emergono sentori di crosta di pane, frutta secca, e un accenno di agrumi canditi. La presenza dei lieviti conferisce piacevoli note di pasticceria e spezie dolci.

Winery history
The Letrari family has been rooted in the Vallagarina region since 1647. The modern family company was formally established by Leonello and Maria Vittoria Letrari in 1976. Leonello, an enologist trained at the Edmund Mach Institute, was a pioneer in experimenting with quality sparkling wines in the 1960s. The winery moved to a modern facility in Rovereto in 2000 and is today run by the new generations.
Production philosophy
Combines family tradition with technical innovation: meticulous winemaking, low, carefully managed vineyard yields, and a production focus on classic method sparkling wines and still wines expressive of the local terroir. Dedicated to hospitality and wine education, offering tastings, guided tours and a wine club.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards scattered across the Vallagarina around Rovereto, with a temperate microclimate influenced by the Adige and the Ora del Garda, and often poor, rocky soils that promote even ripening and concentrated aromatics.
