The Spumante Dosaggio Zero by Letrari is born in the heart of Valdobbiadene, one of the most suitable areas for producing high-quality prosecco. Made exclusively from Glera grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for the absence of added sugars after refermentation, offering a fresh and dry sensory experience with an authentic and refined character.

In the glass, it appears bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, while the nose reveals intense aromas of green apple, white flowers, and light citrus notes. On the palate, the fine bubbles enhance a pleasant sapidity that makes this sparkling wine extremely versatile, ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish and shellfish dishes.

Maturation continues in autoclave using the Charmat method, preserving the freshness and typical varietal aromas of Glera, a picturesque expression of the terroir of this renowned Venetian area.
