Pinot Noir is a versatile vine that lends itself to different interpretations, depending on the terroir of reference. The berries used to produce this excellent wine come from the vineyard located on the hills of Forlì, where the cool breezes make it possible to produce a Romagna wine with peculiar territorial characteristics. The aging in 25 hl French wooden barrels gives it an elegant balance, between acidity, structure and fine tannins.
A wine that expresses subtle and elegant notes, in a classic style, fine and of great longevity. In the glass it shows off a pale ruby red color. It gives the nose fruity and spicy notes, with hints of currant, raspberry and plum. On the palate it is extremely delicate and soft with a fresh and round finish that releases notes of red fruits, violets and vanilla.
We recommend pairing with white meats such as duck or turkey, medium-aged cheeses, and it is also perfect with grilled fish, salmon or lobster.
