Harmonium is a wine of the highest quality, a product of excellence with a perfect taste-olfactory correspondence, a harmony between fruit and territory and great care in the vineyards and masterful winemaking. These are the ingredients necessary to make a unique wine!
Harmonium is an extraordinary version of pure Nero d'Avola that follows the Sicilian terroir of Borgo Guarini, honoring it in the best possible way.
It colors the glass with a ruby red with purple reflections, the bouquet opens with fruity aromas of blackberries, sour cherries and overripe plums, continuing with hints of cocoa and vanilla, mint, sandalwood and burnt earth. The taste is in perfect correspondence with the sense of smell, a great wine of depth and softness with a fragrant acid vein and silky tannins. Very long fruity persistence.
Harmonium is extremely suitable with spit-roasted goat and roasted red meats, it will perfectly enhance the very old Ragusano.
