The Franciacorta Magnificentia Saten DOCG from Uberti winery is an extraordinary example of the renowned Lombard winemaking tradition. This sparkling wine, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, stands out for its elegance and finesse, reflecting the high quality of Franciacorta viticulture.

The production technique strictly follows the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. Franciacorta Magnificentia Saten DOCG matures for a minimum period of 30 months on the yeast, a process that enriches the wine with complexity and incomparable creaminess. Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, embellished by a fine and persistent perlage that anticipates the quality of the sparkling wine.

On the nose, Magnificentia Saten offers an intense and enveloping bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, wildflowers, and delicate nuances of yeast and toasted bread that add depth and persistence to the aroma. On the palate, the sensation is of an elegant creaminess combined with fresh acidity, balanced by a slight sweetness that makes the sip extremely pleasant and never cloying.

This Franciacorta is ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, seafood, or fresh cheeses. Its structure and balance also make it perfect for accompanying an entire meal, revealing its versatility and ability to enhance the subtlest flavors.

The Franciacorta Magnificentia Saten DOCG from Uberti winery is, therefore, a choice of great elegance for those seeking a superior quality sparkling wine, capable of offering a rich and memorable tasting experience.

Region: Lombardia
Country: Italia
Founded: 1793

Winery history
The Uberti family has been present in the Erbusco area since the 18th century: a document from 12 October 1793 records the acquisition of a farmhouse and vineyards in Salem. The estate evolved in the 20th century, shifting to production focused on traditional method sparkling wines — the first harvest destined for Franciacorta was in 1978 — and, in subsequent generations, Silvia and Francesca Uberti took on roles in the management and development of the winery.
Production philosophy
The company prioritizes enhancing the local territory and biodiversity: soil care, targeted agronomic practices and sustainability-focused measures are central to its work in producing wines that reflect the identity of each vineyard.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the moraine amphitheatre of Franciacorta; the main growing locations are Erbusco, Adro, Calino and other surrounding parcels. The vineyards sit on hilly, well‑drained and well‑ventilated soils.
