Before the harvest, which usually takes place during the first ten days of September, the grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard. Subsequently, a gentle pressing is performed, to then pass to alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel for about a week. The refinement takes place on the fine lees, for about 7 months in order to increase its complexity.
The Isonzo Chardonnay presents itself in the glass with a rather pale straw yellow color. The nose offers a broad fruity and floral bouquet that is not too intrusive.
A wine that stands out for its incredible qualities of freshness and persistence on the palate, and that lends itself well to accompanying appetizing aperitifs. A versatile goblet that is soft on the palate, which on the table, served at the recommended temperature, in combination with courses based on fish, cooked or raw, risottos and seafood first courses, it can only conquer and seduce the taste buds.
