The Moscato Dolce "075 Carati" sparkling wine from the Piera Martellozzo winery is a lively and sparkling expression of the Moscato grape, cultivated with passion and expertise in the lush vineyards of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This sweet sparkling wine captures the essence of freshness with its fine and persistent bubbles that enchant the palate sip after sip.

The color is a bright straw yellow, with abundant and persistent foam inviting tasting. On the nose, intense floral notes typical of Moscato emerge, enriched with hints of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, and delicate touches of citrus. The aroma is further enhanced by nuances of honey and acacia, contributing to a complex and pleasantly aromatic olfactory experience.

In the mouth, Piera Martellozzo’s "075 Carati" expresses balanced sweetness, supported by a tangy freshness that prolongs its aromatic persistence. The bubbles gently caress the palate, making each sip pleasantly effervescent. The structure is light and incisive, with a finish that revisits the floral and fruity tones perceived on the nose.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs perfectly with light desserts, fresh fruit, or desserts like pavlova. It is also delightful to sip during festive moments or social gatherings where the elegance and freshness of the wine can be fully appreciated.

The "075 Carati" represents an excellent choice for those who wish to elevate special moments with a touch of refined sweetness. A true gem of Piera Martellozzo’s production, it continues to enchant sweet wine lovers with its quality and distinctive character.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
