The Rossj vineyard is dedicated to the second daughter of Lucia and Angelo. The grapes that give rise to this Chardonnay also come from the Barbaresco and Serralunga vineyards. dfter harvesting, the grapes are vinified and aged in wood for 6 months, and subsequently the wine is bottled and introduced on the market.

The nose releases a scent of white flowers and citrus notes, finely blended with nuances of honey. In the glass it pours with a deep and intense golden yellow color; when tasted it shows a strong character and good acidity, as well as a remarkably fresh and persistent finish on the palate.

A high-level white, which confirms the qualities and characteristics of the Gaja winery, and which best expresses its organoleptic qualities in combination with first courses seasoned with light sauces, fish-based dishes with various cooking and preparations, and fresh cheeses .

Gaja is not "only" attributable to Barberesco and Barolo, but also represents excellence with incredibly sublime white wine labels that are a must-try.

Winery history
The Gaja family has been present in the Langhe since the second half of the 19th century; the estate, established in the community of Barbaresco, became internationally renowned thanks to its modernization choices and the bottling of wines from individual vineyards.
