The Vetere Jéroboam, preserved in a refined wooden case that enhances its value and presentation, is an exceptional product from the San Salvatore winery, located in the heart of the Cilento National Park. This winery is known for its commitment to producing organic and sustainable wines, respecting the rich wine tradition of the Campania region.

Vetere is a white wine that displays a sublime balance between freshness and complexity. Predominantly made from Fiano grapes, a native variety that fully expresses itself in this area, it offers intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, wildflowers, and mineral notes typical of the volcanic terroir of origin. On the palate, the beginning is fresh, evolving into a medium structure with a pleasant aromatic persistence.

The wine is vinified using natural methods, without the use of chemical additives, preserving the pure expression of the grape. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel containers to maintain the varietal characteristics and freshness of the wine. Later, the wine briefly matures on lees to add complexity and texture to the palate.

The Jéroboam format, equivalent to 3 liters of wine, makes this product ideal for special occasions, ensuring a unique and shared tasting experience. It is perfect to serve with sophisticated fish dishes, white meats, and soft cheeses.

This wine not only offers an excellent tasting experience but also acts as a wonderful collectible piece or a prestigious gift, thanks to its exclusive presentation in the original wooden case of San Salvatore.
