The Terre Lontane, produced by the renowned Librandi winery, represents an elegant expression of the Calabrian territory, packaged in convenient 375ml bottles. This IGT wine (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) stands out due to its intriguing varietal composition, which combines the character of Cabernet Franc with the freshness and aromaticity of Gaglioppo, a native grape variety of the region.

Visually, Terre Lontane presents a bright rosé color, tending towards coral, which hints at its aromatic and flavor qualities. On the nose, notes of fresh red fruits like strawberries and raspberries immediately emerge, enriched with floral nuances and a light spiciness that invites tasting.

On the palate, one perceives a perfect balance between acidity and softness. The structure is subtle but well-defined, with a persistent freshness, making this wine particularly suited for pairing with light appetizers, fish dishes, or as an aperitif. Its liveliness makes it especially appreciated during convivial occasions and warmer seasons.

Terre Lontane from Librandi is the result of a skillful vinification process aimed at preserving all the aromatic properties of the grapes, followed by a brief maturation that refines its aromas without overpowering the fruit. A wine that invites exploration of Calabria's viticultural potential, ideal for those seeking a pleasant and uncomplicated sensory experience.

In conclusion, the bottle of Terre Lontane Calabria IGT from Librandi is an excellent testament to how tradition and innovation can coexist harmoniously, offering a wine with a distinctive and captivating character.
