The Garganega Colli Euganei DOC from Fasolo winery is a white wine that embodies the freshness and liveliness of the Colli Euganei area, located in the Veneto region. Primarily made from the Garganega grape variety, this wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes, which are harvested only when they have reached the peak of their maturity.

Visually, the Garganega Colli Euganei DOC exhibits a light straw yellow color, often enhanced by green reflections that underscore its freshness. The nose reveals an intriguing aromatic bouquet, with notes of white flowers, green apple, and a slight touch of almond, typical of the Garganega variety.

On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-balanced. The acidity is lively yet harmonious, complemented by a pleasant minerality that reflects the volcanic soil of the Colli Euganei. The aftertaste is clean and lingering, with a finish that brings back the floral and fruity sensations experienced on the nose.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif, but it also pairs beautifully with light starters, fish dishes, and fresh cheeses. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of about 8-10°C to enhance all its organoleptic qualities.

The Garganega Colli Euganei DOC by Fasolo is an excellent choice for those looking for a white wine that expresses the typicality of the Veneto territory with elegance and freshness. An authentic expression of the Garganega grape variety, capable of offering a rich and satisfying sensory experience.
