Gaja is not "only" Barberesco and Barolo, but also represents excellence in the field of distillates, incredibly sublime labels with an unmistakable flavor. Gaja grappas are produced in the Barbaresco Cooperative Distillery founded in 1980.

They are produced by the distillation of fresh pomace which, after fermentation, still juicy and soft, are prepared for distillation which takes place very slowly and through the use of a discontinuous type alembic.

The distillate obtained has a variable alcohol content between 70 and 75% vol. which will then be diluted with distilled water up to the gradation shown on the label. We proceed with the bottling and marketing.

A prestigious label, a white grappa with a crystalline colour, with a broad and decisive taste. Refined and satisfying on the palate, it is an unmissable bottle for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
