Millennio by Castello di Cacchiano represents the absolute excellence in the Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione denomination, an authentic expression of the Chianti Classico territory, in the heart of Tuscany. This wine is made from pure Sangiovese grapes, handpicked in the best-exposed and oldest vineyards of the estate. The aging takes place in selected oak barrels, where Millennio develops complexity and structure, enriched with subtle and highly elegant aromas.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red color, accompanied by an enveloping bouquet recalling notes of ripe cherry, forest berries, dried flowers, and light spices, with hints of tobacco and leather emerging with aging. The taste is full, harmonious and savory, with soft and well-integrated tannins, capable of supporting long aging. The persistence is long and refined, a sign of its great personality and longevity.

This Chianti Classico Gran Selezione pairs magnificently with red meat dishes, succulent roasts, and aged cheeses, offering a sensory experience deeply rooted in the Tuscan territory. The Jeroboam version is ideal for important moments of sharing, celebrating oenological excellence with elegance and tradition.
