It has a pale pink color with brilliant purple shades in the glass; Risei presents a bouquet Intense defined by fruity aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and wild blueberry.
When tasted it is well balanced, characterized by a pleasant refreshing acidulous taste and a delicately almondy finish.
Cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, this rosé is a perfect wine for appetizers, or to accompany lunches and dinners based on fish soups, tomato first courses, cured meats and cheeses, tripe and pizza.
