Riesling Les Hospices - Domaine Neumeyer is a white wine that fully expresses the elegance and typicality of the Riesling grape, carefully grown in the unique terroir of Alsace. This territory, characterized by a continental climate softened by the Vosges Mountains, gives the wine a perfect combination of freshness and minerality. The hand-harvested grapes undergo a controlled fermentation that preserves the balance between the fruity notes of green apple and citrus and the floral hints of hawthorn and peach.

The maturation in stainless steel enhances the aromatic purity and the intense acidity typical of Riesling, making this Les Hospices a wine of great finesse and aging potential. On the palate, it is vibrant, with a long and savory finish, ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood, or white meats. An authentic and refined expression of Alsace, able to captivate lovers of savory and aromatic white wines.

Over time the property has enhanced its local vineyards and begun the transition to organic methods, developing a production focused on expressing the terroir and the individual parcels.
Production philosophy
The work is based on expressing the terroir: organic viticulture practices, hand-harvesting, parcel selection, restrained winemaking with indigenous yeasts, and extended ageing on the lees to preserve the raw material and the personality of the wines.
