This Gewurztraminer is distinguished by its bright golden yellow color and an intense aromatic bouquet, featuring notes of exotic flowers, lychee, and sweet spices, characteristic of this grape variety. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, well-balanced by a fresh acidity that enhances its fruity flavors and aromatic persistence.

Particularly suitable for pairing with spicy dishes, strong cheeses, and desserts, Taureau 2021 is an excellence capable of expressing the intensity and varietal purity of Gewurztraminer.
