This Pignoletto Frizzante from Tenuta Santa Croce represents an excellent example of the typicality and oenological quality of Emilia-Romagna. Produced according to the Sur Lie method, this bottle reflects the authenticity and tradition of the region.

Born from carefully selected Pignoletto grapes, this sparkling version stands out for its natural bottle fermentation, without the addition of external sugars. The entire process contributes to creating a unique and sought-after beverage. The presence of residual yeast at the bottom of the bottle, typical of the "Sur Lie" method, enriches the wine with texture and aromatic complexity, leaving a pleasant creamy sensation in the mouth.

Visually, the Pignoletto Frizzante presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, while the fine and elegant bubbles caress the palate. On the nose, it opens with an intriguing bouquet ranging from white flowers to white-fleshed fruits, with a slight hint of fresh bread and hazelnut thanks to the slow sur lie maturation.

On the palate, the wine offers a lively freshness, balanced by a slight acidity that supports the fruity and floral aromas and finishes with a slightly almond-like aftertaste. Its delicate effervescence and fresh character make it ideal as an aperitif or accompanying light dishes, fish, and a selection of fresh cheeses.

A wine that not only delights the palate but also tells the story and passion of Tenuta Santa Croce for the Pignoletto grape variety and artisanal production method.
