A great reality that in the 90th anniversary reaches about 30 countries in the world, a company spirit rooted side by side by the vocation and passion of always in making wine, as well as the generous and exclusive hospitality that has always characterized this extraordinary territory: Romagna.
The name is a dear tribute to the splendid fig tree that dominates one of the owned vineyards. A Romagna DOC Sangiovese produced with grapes from vines grown in the territories of the Bidente Valley that encompasses all aspects of local enology. A delicacy with a soft and energetic character.
A straightforward and easy-to-drink wine that presents itself in the glass with a bright red color with violet reflections. The nose is very fruity with a prevalence of aromas of red fruit which are also found in the taste with the typical notes of cherry and violet; a fresh and medium-structured sip with soft tannins.
A wine suitable for any occasion, perfect to accompany the classic garganelli with wild fennel-scented rabbit ragout, excellent with stewed poultry and all roasted white meat. Ideal with grilled chicken and game dishes and partially aged cheeses.
