A white with great personality and freshness, the fruit of international grapes grown in Calabria: Chardonnay (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%).
The hard earth in a mix with international grapes creates a particular wine that is more intense on the palate, with pleasant and well-defined fruity notes. In combination with fish or soft cheeses it finds the right harmony.
