The Manzoni Bianco Colli Euganei DOC produced by Fasolo winery is a sublime example of how tradition and innovation can meet to create a wine of extraordinary quality. This wine is the result of a genetic cross carried out by Professor Luigi Manzoni in the 1930s between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco, two varieties that provide unique characteristics to this label.
Grown in the heart of the Colli Euganei, a wine-producing area in Veneto famous for its volcanic soils that impart a distinctive minerality to the wines, the Manzoni Bianco best expresses the terroir of this region. The mild and breezy climate further enhances the aromatic qualities of this wine.
In the glass, the Manzoni Bianco from Fasolo presents a bright straw-yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe fruit, mainly peach and pear, are accompanied by delicate floral notes and a slight hint of honey.
