One of the first wines to acquire the BIO VEGAN certificate from the ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). Chosen by Scuderia Ferrari F1 to support their green project in the Ferrari Hybrid world.
It presents itself with straw yellow colors and greenish reflections. With complex and structured aromas and deep notes of white pulp fruit, sage, lavender which blend with a very interesting minerality.
In the mouth it is a fresh, savory and mineral wine. Excellent if you want to taste freshly harvested, pressed and bottled grapes without any overly structured production steps or addition of compounds. Purity par excellence!How to serve
