The Bianco Forlì IGT Chardonnay "Bron e Ruseval" from the Celli winery is a captivating expression of the Forlì territory, renowned for its distinctive wines. This wine is made exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes from the winery’s vineyards, situated in one of the most esteemed areas of the region.

In appearance, it showcases a bright straw-yellow color, hinting at the freshness and liveliness that follow on the palate. The nose of "Bron e Ruseval" offers a rich and complex bouquet, with evident notes of ripe fruit such as peach and melon, enhanced by nuances of white flowers and a subtle thread of aromatic herbs, typical of Chardonnay grapes.

On the palate, the wine proves to be balanced and harmonious. Its acidity is well-matched with the fruity intensity, creating a pleasant sensation of freshness. It has notable aromatic persistence that invites a second sip. Its medium body and soft structure make it versatile for food pairings—ideal to serve with fish dishes, seafood, or as an aperitif.

The winemaking process follows traditional methods, starting with a brief cold maceration of the grapes to preserve the primary fruit aromas, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain the freshness and purity of the varietals.

Celli’s "Bron e Ruseval" is an excellent example of how Chardonnay can be expressed in Romagna, offering a wine that will satisfy even the most discerning palates, whether in informal settings or more celebratory moments.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes.
